Selma Finance Director Accepts Job With Town Of Archer Lodge

The Town of Selma will begin an immediate search for a new finance director following Wednesday’s resignation of Kim Batten.

Batten has accepted a job as Town Clerk and Finance Director with the Town of Archer Lodge.  Batten will work out a 30-day notice with the Town of Selma before leaving.

Selma Town Manager Jon Barlow said he has started the process of finding a replacement.

“Kim has worked diligently to fulfill the responsibilities of Finance Director,” said Selma Mayor Cheryl Oliver.  “She was instrumental in building a strong Customer Service Team.  I wish her all the best in her future endeavors.”
