Selma Man Arrested For Identity, Financial Card Theft

A Selma man is facing felony charges for reportedly stealing from his uncle.  On December 6th, the victim reported his wallet had been stolen and debit card had been used twice the same day to withdraw money from ATMs.

Timothy Wayne Boyette, 34, of the 2700 block of Micro Road West, is accused of stealing approximately $300 from his uncle.  Boyette was arrested Jan. 4th and charged with three felonies: obtaining property by false pretenses, financial card theft and identity theft.

Bail was set at $100,000.
