SELMA – A Selma area resident was arrested March 16 for the alleged sexual assault of a female juvenile.
Christopher Lee Gill, age 42, of Revell Road is charged with second degree forcible rape, and two counts of sex act by a substitute parent or custodian.
Gill was initially held without bond but following a first court appearance was granted a $250,000 bond. If he is able to post bail, a judge ordered the defendant to stay away from the home and school of the alleged victim, and refrain from communicating, directly or indirectly, with the juvenile.
The defendant was also ordered to provide his fingerprints and submit a DNA sample.
That guy looks 52…not 42. I feel sad for the victims. Evil obviously isn’t going anywhere.
