Sex Offender Arrested For Using Facebook

A registered sex offender banned from using social media has been arrested after authorities said he had access to Facebook.

The Wayne County Sheriff’s Office says Daryl Linwood Locklear is a registered sex offender. The Dudley resident was charged with violating conditions of his parole and the use of a social media website by a sex offender.

Locklear, 35, was given a $2,000 bond on the social media violation. He was held without bond on the parole charge.
