Authorities have recovered 4 of 5 guitars stolen during a residential break-in June 23 near Goldsboro.
The Wayne County Sheriff’s Office recovered the guitars from two area pawn shops. The fifth had been sold by the pawnshop to an unknown customer before realizing it was stolen.

Anyone who purchased a burgundy Fender Stratocaster guitar from the Goldsboro Trade It store is asked to contact Detective Jonathan Griffin at the Wayne County Sheriff’s Office.
