Shots were fired into a Kenly area home and deputies are looking for clues. A 63 year-old man reported on Wednesday that someone fire a gun into his mobile home on Beulahtown Road outside of Kenly. Officers said they found three bullet holes were found in the home.
Johnston County Sheriff’s Captain Jeff Caldwell told WTSB News that a suspicious 2002-04 yellow Chevy Cavalier and a 2002-04 silver Chevrolet Tahoe were seen in the area. Officials do not know if they are linked to the shooting but were reported as being suspicious in the area about the same time the incident was reported.
The victim was not harmed. Damage to his home was estimated at $300.
