A weekend shooting at a Clayton area home appears to be intentional. Around 1:00am Sunday someone reportedly fired 4 shots into a home on Fieldstone Lane off Jack Road.
Authorities recovered the projectiles from the home.
No one inside the home was injured.
Sheriff’s Detective Lt. Don Pate said a person inside the home received a phone call just prior to the incident which could be linked. Officials did not disclose details of the call. Lt. Pate the shooting did not appear to be a random act. Investigators are actively working on the case.
