Johnston County officials announced Tuesday the Johnston County Airport Convenience Site on Swift Creek Road will be undergoing construction over the next 30 days and will be closed for a brief period while modifications are being made.
Residents who have a solid waste disposal decal can utilize the Convenience Site on North Brightleaf Boulevard near Wal-Mart in Smithfield or the Landfill Convenience Site on County Home Road off Highway 210.
