A 21 year-old man is accused of stabbing his father during a domestic dispute.
The incident happened Thursday on Jake Drive in the Dudley community in Wayne County. Authorities said the victim, Gilberto Rodriguez Banda, was stabbed in the head. He was taken to the hospital for treatment of serious injuries.
His son, Gilberto Rodriguez Jr., of the same address, was charged with felony assault with a deadly weapon with intent to kill inflicting serious injury.
