SMITHFIELD – Smithfield Police are searching for a stolen car. On May 8, an employee at Perfect Ride at 732 N. Brightleaf Boulevard reported a silver 2016 Dodge Charger had been stolen.
There was glass on the ground where the car had been parked, indicating someone shattered a window to gain entry to steal the vehicle.
At last report the stolen car had not been recovered.
This is awful. I have purchased two vehicles from this dealership over the past decade, and they are amazing people to do business with. As a single woman they did not take advantage of me, and hand picked the most reliable vehicle they had for me each time. I’m so sorry they were targeted.
