FOUR OAKS – A 49 year-old man was arrested December 30 after being linked to the theft of more than $2,700 in property from a Four Oaks-area home.
Barry Alan Justice of US 701 South, Four Oaks was charged with breaking and entering, larceny, and possession of burglary tools.
On December 26, the victim reported tools, push mowers, steel fuel containers and household furniture had been removed from a location on Wilkins-ONeal Road.
Justice was identified as a person of interest in the larceny. He was located a few days later driving a vehicle. During a traffic stop some of the stolen property was reportedly found in the vehicle.
Justice was held under a $20,000 bond.

He’s on the opposite side of the county so I don’t know him personally. I think he used to be a hairdresser. Doesn’t look like he started getting into any major trouble until like 2006 and it was sporadic. I’m not sure what his deal is.

I looked at another picture of him from another arrest. It kind of looks like a claw mark. I didn’t realize it was only under one eye. I thought the other one was just faded or just not finished….

That’s my dad and ik he has a big record but this time he was falsely accused the girl that reported the stole stuff said that a table and tools (that have been here for more than 17 years) was hers and withen the 2 years I knew her I have NEVER. Seen her pick up one tool. She just doesn’t Like my dad bc of his tattoos and sh*t like that. She made cos Come to our house I’m perfectly fine and I love my dad he didn’t do anything wrong this time. And I’m sorry yall don’t Like him or think he is bad.
