Store Clerk Fires Shots At Armed Robbery

The Nash County Sheriff’s Office is looking for a gunman who robbed a business around 9:00pm Tuesday.

The robbery happened at the Four Points General Store located at 5636 Red Road in Nashville.

Deputies said an unidentified male entered the store brandishing a handgun and demanded the employee give him money from the register. During the encounter, the employee pulled a revolver and fired multiple shots at the suspect as he fled the store. The employee was not injured during the encounter.

A K-9 was brought to the scene and tracked the suspect to an area where a getaway car was parked. Authorities don’t know if the suspect was struck by any of the rounds fired by the employee.
