A Clayton man was arrested this week for allegedly stealing a car from his girlfriend’s mother on Christmas Day.
The Johnston County Sheriff’s Office arrested 27 year-old Julian Joseph Wargo of Winston Point Drive for the December 25th theft of a 2009 Chevy Impala from a Clayton home. Authorities said the car belonged to Wargo’s girlfriends mother.
Wargo was charged with a single felony count of larceny of a motor vehicle. Bond was set at $2,500.
