Wayne County authorities are searching for clues in the shooting death of a teenage.
Goldsboro Police responded to a report of shots being fired on South Slocumb Street at 10:08pm Thursday. When officers arrived in the area they found the body of 19 year-old Ni-Quawn Orlando Kornegay of Goldsboro lying on the ground next to the roadway. Authorities said it appears he suffered a fatal gunshot wound. He was pronounced dead at the scene.
