Teen Shot And Killed Outside Dunn Cook Out
DUNN – A 22 year-old man is facing murder charges following a shooting in the parking lot near the Cook Out.

Dunn Police responded to the restaurant parking lot around 9:45pm Friday for a report of shots being fired.
Police arrived and found a 16 year-old suffering from a gunshot wound to the head. First responders performed CPR on the victim but they could not save his life.
WRAL has identified the murder victim as Jaheim Curry, a junior at Clinton High School. Curry had previously attended Harnett Central.
Christopher McNeill, 22, of Dunn was arrested by Dunn Police and charged with murder.
A witness told The Daily Record, the Cookout is a popular teen hangout on Friday nights. The witness said a fight spilled into the parking lot and gunshots were fired.
The shooting is the third homicide in Dunn since December.
