Three Injured In Head-On Collision

Three people were rushed to Wake Medical Center following a head on collision Friday afternoon.

The accident was reported at 12:53pm in the 1500 block of Barber Mill Road. Initial reports indicated that two people were trapped in the wreckage and one person was ejected.

Johnston County EMS, 50-210 EMS, and the Cleveland Fire Department responded to the scene.

The condition of the three victims was not immediately released. The accident is under investigation by the NC Highway Patrol.
