SMITHFIELD – A three vehicle crash temporarily closed N. Brightleaf Boulevard in front of Murphy Express Friday afternoon. Minor injuries were reported.
The collision involved two SUV’s and a pickup truck.
Smithfield Police detoured traffic around the accident scene for about one hour.
A Johnston County Public School bus detouring around the first accident collided with a white pickup truck in the parking lot of Lowe’s Home Improvement. No injuries were reported in that incident.
