WASHINGTON, D.C. – Senator Thom Tillis and his colleagues havey introduced the Protect Our Communities From DUIs Act, legislation to prevent illegal immigrants who have committed DUIs from entering the United States and automatically deport illegal immigrants who commit DUIs within the U.S.
Tillis said President Joe Biden has drastically decreased deportations, even saying that he would fire ICE agents who deported criminal illegal aliens who have not committed felonies because, in his view, ICE agents should “only arrest for the purpose of dealing with a felony that’s been committed, and I do not count drunk driving as a felony.”
“President Biden’s disastrous border policies have resulted in criminal illegal immigrants settling into communities across the country,” said Senator Tillis. “This legislation ensures that any illegal immigrant convicted of a DUI is eligible for deportation and will not continue to put the lives of American citizens in danger.”
Why the “drink and drive” stipulation? Just. Send. Them. Out. This is clown world…honk honk.

How about imprisoning the 11,000+ ( in just NC) drunk drivers (regardless of immigration status). DoJ and SBI stats show that just under 12% of DUI arrests in NC are with illegal immigrants. Let’s fix the real problem: the 88% of drunk drivers who are US citizens!
Politicians like Tillis use the immigration boogeyman to keep the sheeple from seeing the real problems. #VoteOutIncumbents
