The Smithfield Town Council approved two board appointments at their October meeting.
Catherine Webster of Chestnut Drive was reappointed to the Library Board of Trustees for a second term.
Brenda Waddell of E. Woodall Street was appointed to her first term on the Smithfield Parks and Recreation Advisory Commission.
