A new tattoo studio is coming to the Town of Smithfield. The Smithfield Town Council approved plans at their May meeting for a new tattoo business near the Outlet Center.
Zack Rabil and Matt Wilkins received approval for Combine Mindz Tattoo Productions to located the tattoo studio on Venture Drive near the intersection of Peedin Road. The building is owned by Mohamed and Sons, Inc.
The council unanimously approved a special use permit for the business owners. Tattoo and body piercing establishments are permitted in the B-3 zoning district. The property was already properly zoned.
