Johnston County’s newest town Archer Lodge has hired a new Administrative Support Specialist and Deputy Clerk.
Joyce P. Lawhorn began work last week in her new job. In addition to supporting administrative staff, Lawhorn will also serve as the clerk to the Archer Lodge Planning Board and oversee the town’s website, social media presence and historian duties.
Lawhorn lives in Selma with her husband, Johnny. She has a son and daughter-in-law, Jason and Allison Lawhorn, and two grandchildren, Jacob and Kathryn.
