- Downtown Smithfield Development Corporation Board of Directors – Kay Kennedy and Katie Smith (reappointed); Jan Branch and Brittany Lucas (appointed)
- Appearance Commission – Elizabeth Baker
- Historic Properties Commission – Elizabeth Baker
