The Smithfield Town Council made the following appointments at their December 2018 meeting:
Mark Lane was reappointed to a third term on the Board of Adjustments as an ETJ member and the Planning Board as an ETJ member.
Connie Barbour was appointed to a first term on the Appearance Commission.
Rachel Ayers was appointed to a first term on the Historic Properties Commission.
Doris Wallace was appointed to a first term on the Board of Adjustments.
