A three car accident involving a tractor trailer shut down northbound lanes of Interstate 95 at the 106 mile marker near Kenly on Friday morning.
The 7:45am mishap sent the tractor trailer into a concrete median barrier. There were no injuries.
Traffic was routed by the NC Highway Patrol and Kenly Police for about two hours while the roadway was cleared and the barrier pushed back into place.
