SELMA – A driver is facing charges after he reportedly struck the rear of a tractor trailer on US 70 just west of Buffalo Road around 11:00am Saturday.
According to an eyewitness, the driver of a red SUV was weaving while traveling eastbound on US 70 when he collided with the rear of an eastbound tractor trailer. The SUV immediately spun out of control into a guardrail.
Despite heavy damage to the SUV, the tractor trailer did not stop, possibly unaware of what had happened.
The SUV driver was not injured but was detained on suspicion of driving while impaired.

There is no way that dude in the Tractor Trailer did not know, not with how much damage that other car had
The tractor trailer driver wouldn’t know anything about the suv unless it was seen in his mirrors.
