DUNN – A tractor trailer overturned just before noon on Monday. The single vehicle accident occurred on US 301 near Long Branch Road, south of Dunn.
The accident damaged power lines and temporarily blocked both directions of US 301.
The 78 year-old driver sustained non-life threatening injuries and was transported by EMS to Betsy Johnson Hospital.
