Troop 360 Honors First Eagle Scout

Chartered in October 2017, Boy Scout Troop 360 of Four Oaks proudly honored their very first Eagle Scout Jacob Thomas Lee of Four Oaks on Sunday, February 16th at Bethel Original Free Will Baptist Church.

Jacob is described by his Scoutmaster and peers as a friend to anyone, with a personality that everyone loves, and he shows the warmest hospitality to complete strangers. He currently holds the position of Assistant Senior Patrol Leader and is a mentor to all younger Scouts.

Among his many achievements, in December 2019 Jacob earned the rank of Eagle Scout at the age of 14. He has also earned 40 merit badges and three Eagle Palms, the Complete Angler Award, the BSA Mile Swim Award and the God & Church Award.

Jacob is currently in the 9th grade at South Johnston High School.

During his Eagle Scout Court of Honor, Jacob was pinned the rank of Eagle Scout by his mother and Troop Committee Member Dawn Olive (pictured right). Jacob was also presented with the Eagle Scout Good Citizenship Award from Eagle Scout Coordinator Lewis W. Rice III (pictured left) on behalf of the Johnston County Marine Corps League Carry-On Detachment #1236.
