Troopers Investigating Accident

The Highway Patrol is investigating an overnight accident. It happened just before midnight in the 200 block of Old Fairground Road near Mt. Pleasant Road in western Johnston County.

A car ran off the roadway and overturned, sending one person to Wake Medical Center for treatment.

50-210 EMS and the 50-210 Fire Department responded to the scene.
