A tractor trailer hauling dry ice caught fire on Interstate 95 in Johnston County Tuesday morning.
Firefighters responded to the blaze just after 6:00am on the southbound shoulder of I-95 near the 89 mile marker in Four Oaks.
The truck driver was able to disconnect the burning trailer from his truck.
No injuries were reported but the fire caused traffic delays. Photos by John Payne
