CLEVELAND – The Johnston County Sheriff’s Office arrested two people after responding to a suspicious vehicle call. Around 5:39am Sunday, May 19, officers were dispatched to Cleveland Crossing Drive, off NC 42 near Interstate 40.
Deputies reportedly discovered a vehicle belonging to a 25 year-old Benson man had been broken into.

Elizabeth Kaitlin Pittman, 34, of Howard Country Drive, Willow Spring was charged with felony breaking and entering a motor vehicle. She was given an $11,000 secured bond.
A second person at the scene, Jonathan Scott Robbins, 32, of Howard Country Drive, Willow Spring was charged with felony possession of methamphetamine. Robbins was held on a $10,000 secured bond.
Imagine that, poor life decisions accompanied by drugs.
