  1. Maybe this would stop if harsher sentences were given and stop letting these people get off with little to no consequences. LEO and civilians lives are at risk with this activity yet judges hand down minimum sentences if any at all. And if it’s because of the current law for maximum sentences are little to nothing…maybe sentencing guidelines need to be revisited. Personally I’m sick and tired of just trying to drive to work or just do ordinary things having to watch out for these driving murderers.

    • There are plenty of these situations happening weekly,I was passed by a high speed chase near Burlington NC
I was shocked because the person fleeing was in a newer model pickup truck in the middle of the day. It could be a criminal as well as stressed out average joe?

  2. I witnessed this entire thing. The guy ran across the interstate and i’m shocked he did not get hit. He was coming off of 540 and was in the lane to go to 40W, but at the last minute swerved in front of me to get to 40E…so the cop had to turn around. The cop was not far behind him, though so i’m shocked that he wasn’t caught.
