Two separate accidents on US 70 at Swift Creek Road in Wilson’s Mills sent three people to the hospital on Monday.
An HVAC work van ran into the back of a tractor trailer in the eastbound lanes.
Before the wreck could be cleared and as traffic slowed in the westbound lanes, a green Jeep Cherokee and maroon Jeep Liberty collided sending both vehicles into the median.
None of the injuries appeared to be serious. Wilson’s Mills Police are investigating. Photos by John Payne
