Two drive by shootings in western Harnett County could be related.
Around 10:20am Saturday, shots were fired into a home at 1346 Heritage Way, Cameron. No one was injured as a result.
Around 2:40am Sunday, another drive by shooting was reported next door at 1328 Heritage Way. The home was occupied and minor injuries did occur. One person was transported to the hospital where they were treated and released.
In a press release from the Harnett County Sheriff’s Office, deputies said both incidents are under investigation and a motive has not been released.
Warrants have been obtained for two individuals for crimes unrelated to either shooting incident.
Tyres Quintarius Peagues, 19, of Broadway, NC is wanted for possession of firearm by felon, possession with intent to sell and deliver marijuana, and conspiracy to sell and deliver marijuana.
Rasaahn Antone Cox, 21, of Lillington is wanted for possession of a stolen firearm and possession with intent to sell and deliver marijuana.
Tyres Dionnte McLean, 30, of Broadway had initially been named as a suspect but has been cleared of all charges as a result of misidentification.
