HARNETT COUNTY – Emergency personnel responded to a deadly head-on collision Thursday morning in Harnett County. The accident occurred around 11:00am on US 421 between Mt. Pisgah Church Road and Holly Springs Church Road.
First responders found both drivers pinned in the wreckage. Both victims died at the scene.
The roadway remains closed for approximately four hours.
The cause of the collision remains under investigation by the State Highway Patrol.
