Two motorcyclists were injured, one seriously, in a wreck on the US70 Clayton Bypass Sunday night. The collision happened just after 10:00pm in the westbound lanes between US70 Business and Ranch Road.
According to a witness, two motorcycles collided. After the collision, a pickup truck struck the wrecked motorcycles.
The driver of the truck was not injured.
The NC Highway Patrol is still investigating the collision. As of Monday, the investigating trooper had not completed an accident report and the names of those involved was not available, according to a patrol spokesperson. Photos courtesy JoCoFire.com
