FOUR OAKS – Three people were transported to the hospital following a collision between a pickup truck and SUV. One of the three injuries was said to be serious.
The accident happened just after 7:00pm Saturday at the intersection of Raleigh Road and Old School Road outside of Four Oaks. One of the vehicles ran off the roadway and came to rest just a few feet from a home.
The Elevation Fire Department, Johnston County EMS, and the State Highway Patrol responded. Trooper M. Samoksy is investigating the collision.
