Two Vehicles Collide At Busy Intersection

CLAYTON, N.C. — The N.C. State Highway Patrol is investigating a two-vehicle collision that occurred Sunday afternoon near Clayton.

The crash was reported at the intersection of Barber Mill Road and Lee Road.

Cleveland Fire Department, Johnston County EMS and the State Highway Patrol responded to the scene.

Emergency crews treated occupants of both vehicles. No serious injuries were reported.

The cause of the collision remains under investigation.
