Vandals Cause $2,000 Damage At School
Vandals who broke into a mobile unit at an elementary school this week caused an estimated $2,000 in damage.
The incident was discovered Thursday morning at South Smithfield Elementary School. Police said someone broke into a mobile unit and spray painted obscenities on the wall, ceilings, doors, and cabinets.
The case has been assigned to the detectives division. At last report, no arrests have been made.
