Family-owned eatery a staple in the community since 1930
SELMA – TEC Food Hall, LLC, has announced that White Swan BBQ & Fried Chicken has opened at the Old North State Food Hall (ONSFH) at 67 JR Road in Selma, NC.
White Swan BBQ has been a local tradition since 1930. Owned by Linwood Parker and his family since the late 1980s, it’s family-owned food at its best.
White Swan BBQ is traditional Eastern North Carolina style, made with pork shoulders and butts that gives it a nice texture and flavor. Enjoy mouth-watering fried chicken and delicious hush puppies served with honey butter for dipping. Combination plates created with popular sides, including potato salad, collards, Mac & Cheese, Brunswick Stew, slaw and more, round out the menu offerings.
White Swan BBQ joins current vendors Aroma de Cuba, Curry in a Hurry, Luna Pizza, Nai Thai Asian Fusion Food Express, The Ice Storm, The Hot Dog Bar, JoCo Coffee Co, and the Longleaf Tavern.
The 15,000 square foot food hall offers a variety of delicious cuisines to locals as well as leisure and business travelers along the heavily traveled I-95 corridor, the East Coast’s halfway point between Portland, Maine and Miami, Florida.
White Swan BBQ is open daily from 11 am to 9 pm. Online ordering is available at www.onsfh.com. To learn more about Old North State Food Hall, visit www.onsfh.com.
Finally, a reason to go to the TEC Food Hall.

Just because you don’t like it doesn’t mean it’s not good.

Are the prices like they are at White Swan or like the prices at other restaurants at TEC?
