Wife Charged With Animal Cruelty

A 37 year-old woman is charged with animal cruelty. The Johnston County Sheriff’s Office arrested Tiffany Allison Costante of Lindsay Drive, Garner on Monday.

Authorities had been investigating a report filed by Costante’s husband on July 25th. He reportedly claimed while away for several weeks his 7 year-old pit bull was allegedly neglected and severely malnourished. The dog did survive.

Costante was released on bond pending an appearance in district court.
