Bobby Evans of Wilson is celebrating his good fortune after he won a $213,945 Cash 5 jackpot.
Evans bought the ticket for Wednesday’s drawing at the Rose Mart on West Raleigh Road in Wilson.
He claimed his prize Friday at lottery headquarters in Raleigh. After required state and federal tax withholdings, he took home $151,366. His ticket beat odds of one in 962,598 to win the jackpot.
