A Smithfield woman was released on an unsecured bond April 19th after being arrested on five felony counts of disclosing private images.
Kerlyn Carolina Ayala Hernandez, 24, of Swift Creek Road, was arrested following an investigation by the Johnston County Sheriff’s Office.
A 25 year-old female victim had reported Hernandez allegedly distributed inappropriate photos of her to five different people on a social media account. No additional details were released.
