Johnston County deputies have arrested a woman they say befriended a Clayton family at church, allowed her to move into their home, only for her to steal from them.
Dana Bell Farrow, 40, of Clayton was arrested Monday night and charged with felony larceny, safe-cracking, and served with an outstanding parole warrant.
The victim reported that she met Farrow at church last September and eventually allowed her to move in with her family. On May 5th, the victim said she discovered where Farrow had allegedly opened a safe and removed Iraqi currency and had also stolen two computer tablets.
Farrow was given a $25,000 bond on the larceny and safe-cracking charges. She was held without bail on the parole warrant.
