The Johnston County Farm Bureau Young Farmers and Ranchers traveled to Durham on January 28th and 29th to participate in the North Carolina Young Farmers and Ranchers conference. The conference included leadership sessions, legislative updates, as well as a variety of other workshops.

The Farm Bureau Young Farmers and Ranchers Program is for young women and men between 18 and 35 years of age. It provides opportunities to develop leadership traits, public speaking skills and exposure to current issues in agriculture.
