12 Year-Old Drowns
BENSON – The Johnston County Sheriff’s Office is investigating a drowning. It happened Saturday afternoon at Tucker Lake, off Allen’s Crossroads Road near Benson.
The 12 year-old male victim died while being transported by EMS to the hospital.
The name of the victim has not been released.
