Thirteen students graduated from Johnston Community College’s Basic Law Enforcement Training (BLET) program on December 17.
The 17-week certification program is designed to give students essential skills required for entry-level employment as law enforcement officers with state, county, or municipal governments with private enterprise.
The following students earned their BLET certification: Ethan Core of Dunn; Marshall Tate of Four Oaks; Joshua Barbour of Four Oaks; Cody Stevens of Angier; Taylor Davis of Clayton; Brandon Sherrod of Raleigh; Mark Fidler of Clayton; Cody Lee of Raleigh; Virginia Harter of Four Oaks; Jose Angel of Four Oaks, William Hopkins of Smithfield; Megan Williams of Smithfield; and Cathryn Price of Clayton.
