FOUR OAKS – A Four Oaks man is in jail under a $2.1 million bond. Thomas Harris Strickland, age 62, of E. Allen Street, Four Oaks was arrested May 30 by the Johnston County Sheriff’s Office.
Strickland is charged with 10 counts of statutory sex offense with a child by an adult, two counts of taking indecent liberties with a child, and one count of statutory rape.
Authorities said the alleged offenses occurred in 2023 and involved a juvenile victim.
