  1. All this crime, no respect for anyone or anything comes from parents who should be creating work, respect and Christ living lives and morals not of government but by the 10 commandments. Spoil your children and spare the rod and the devil will work in your home and our nation. Teach them family responsibilities as part of a family. Take the phones away and have them participate in family fun, conversation and build a responsible adult with ethics and morals.

    • The idea that crime and societal issues stem solely from a lack of religious upbringing or strict parenting oversimplifies a much more complex reality. Poverty, systemic inequality, lack of access to education, and broken social safety nets contribute far more to crime than whether or not a child was raised with the Ten Commandments.

Plenty of people are raised in religious households and still make bad choices, just as plenty of secular families raise kind, responsible, and ethical adults. Morality is not exclusive to religion. In fact, history is full of examples of people using religious doctrine to justify cruelty, oppression, and even crime.

Instead of blaming “lack of discipline” or “taking away phones,” let’s focus on real solutions—investing in education, providing economic opportunities, strengthening communities, and addressing mental health needs. Strong families and ethical individuals come from love, guidance, and opportunity—not just fear and punishment.

    • Teresa, you wanna talk about respect… The story has nothing to do with respect and I’m gonna give you a quick lesson on respect, how about having some respect for the family and loved ones of the three victims that lost their lives. That’s respect. You obviously are clueless and while you’re trying to pick a clue, why don’t you learn some respect

    • Lol Christians, huh?! They’re the biggest & most disgusting sinners. are you reading the right story to comment on because this is a story about three people losing their lives in a bad car accident and you’re talking about respect and church and blaming the parents get your head out of your butt and put some glasses on and read the right story and have some respect for the people that passed away. There’s your respect
