Following a yearlong undercover drug investigation, the Sampson County Sheriff’s Office announced Thursday the arrests of 36 individuals on numerous charges.
Following the one year investigation, deputies began making the arrests July 12th and include individuals arrested earlier today (Thursday):
They include:
Yolanda Jones, 47, 85 Henry Lee Lane, Clinton, was charged with Trafficking Opiates by Sell, Trafficking Opiates by Delivery, and Trafficking Opiates by Possession. Bond was set at $100,000.
Tiffany Hicks, 24, Williams Street, Clinton, was charged with Conspire to Sell Cocaine, Conspire to Deliver Cocaine and Maintaining a Vehicle. Bond was set at $125,000.
Antwoine Vinston, 31, Harpers Glen Lane, Clinton, was charged with PWISD Cocaine, Sell Cocaine and Deliver Cocaine. Bond was set at $200,000.
Brandon Bell, 28, E. Darden Road, Faison, was charged with Sell of Marijuana, Delivery of Marijuana and PWISD Marijuana. Bond was set at $150,000.
Kelvin Gooden, 22, Southwood Drive, Clinton, was charged with Sell of Marijuana, Deliver Marijuana, and PWISD of Marijuana. Bond was set at $10,000.
Demetrius Wilson, 26, Tarheel Drive, Clinton, was charged Sell of Cocaine, Deliver of Cocaine and PWISD Cocaine. Bond was set at $20,000.
Tony Kiger, 55, Keener Road, Clinton, was charged with Maintaining a Vehicle for a Controlled Substance, Possession of Meth Precursor, Conspire to Sell Marijuana, Deliver Marijuana, Possession of Marijuana, PWISD Marijuana, and Simple Possession of Schedule II Controlled Substance. During his arrest, a mobile meth lab was located inside Kiger’s vehicle. The lab reportedly contained Meth and Meth precursors. Kiger’s bond was set at $130,000.
James Marshburn, 21, Turkey Hwy., Clinton, was charged with Sell of Marijuana, Deliver Marijuana and PWISD Marijuana. Marshburn’s bond was set at $10,000.
Lindsey Howard. 31, Waterhouse Circle, Clinton, was charged with Trafficking Opium or Heroin, Sell of Cocaine and Deliver of Cocaine. Howard’s bond was set at $20,000.
Antonio Howard, 32, Waterhouse Circle, Clinton, was charged with Sell of Schedule IV, Deliver of Schedule IV, PWISD Schedule IV. Howard’s bond was set at $15,000.
Raul Acosta, 33, Turkey Hwy., Clinton, was charged with Sell of Cocaine, Deliver of Cocaine, and PWISD Cocaine. Acosta bond was set at $80,000.
Brenda Brunson, 21, 20 Amic Lane, Clinton, was charged with 2 counts of Sell of Schedule VI and PWISD Marijuana. Brunson was placed under a $10,000 bond.
Gary Ashley, 24, RJ Lane, Clinton, NC was charged with Sell of Marijuana, Deliver of Marijuana and PWISD Marijuana. Ashley was placed under a $20,000 bond.
Tyrone Chevalier, 38, Weeks Street, Clinton, was charged with Conspire to Sell Cocaine, Conspire to Deliver Cocaine and PWISD Cocaine. Chevalier was placed under a $125,000 bond.
Mitchell McNeil, 38, Golden Eagle Lane, Clinton, was charged with Sell of Cocaine, Deliver Cocaine and PWISD Cocaine. McNeil’s bond was set at $75,000.
Shelton Williams, 29, Zoar Church Road Salemburg was charged with Sell of Cocaine, Deliver Cocaine and PWISD Cocaine. Williams’s bond was set at $100,000.
Ronie Eason, 50, Williams Street, Clinton, was charged with PWISD Schedule II, Maintaining a Dwelling and Dispense Medication without a License. Eason’s bond was set at $125,000.
Michael Ray Parker, 33, Kerr Street, Clinton, NC was charge with Sell of Marijuana, Deliver of Marijuana and PWISD Marijuana. Parker’s bond was set at $25,000.
Shykeim Bennett, 20, Happy Trail Lane, Clinton, was charged with Sell of Marijuana, Deliver of Marijuana and PWISD Marijuana. Bennett’s bond was set at $100,000.
Anna Rogers, 21, Rosin Hill Road, Newton Grove, was charged with Conspire to Sell and Deliver Marijuana, Sell Marijuana and Deliver Marijuana. Rogers bond was set at $50,000.
Shide Underwood, 24, Blue Grass Lane, Roseboro, was charged with Sell Marijuana and Deliver Marijuana. Underwood’s bond was set at $10,000.
Jeffery Ross Dixon, 21, Bradshaw Street, Clinton, was charged with Sell Marijuana, Deliver Marijuana and PWISD Marijuana. Dixon’s bond was set at $15,000.
Eugenia Tew, 50, Byrd Street, Clinton, was charged with Trafficking Opiates/Heroin. Tew’s bond was set at $10,000.
Jimmy Rouse, 21, Tram Road, Clinton, was charged with Sell of Cocaine, Deliver of Cocaine and PWISD of Cocaine. Rouse’s bond was set at $90,000.
Joseph Locklear, 21, Don Street, Clinton, was charged with Sell of Cocaine, Deliver of Cocaine and PWISD of Cocaine. Locklear’s bond was set at $7,000.
Allen Simmons, 61, Julius Land Lane, Clinton, was charge with PWISD Meth, Sell of Meth and Deliver of Meth. Simmons bond was set at $30,000.
Jeremy Owens, 32, Dogwood Circle, Clinton, was charged with Sell of Cocaine, Deliver of Cocaine, and PWISD Cocaine. Owens bond was set at $50,000.
Jason Byrd, 32, Farm Tree Lane, Clinton, was charged with Possession of Methamphetamine and Possession of Drug Paraphernalia. Byrd’s bond was set at $35,870.
Cory Byrd, 27, Harpers Glen Lane, Clinton, was charged with Possession of Methamphetamine and Possession of Drug Paraphernalia. Byrd’s bond was set at $85,000.
Holly Phillips, 33, W. Roseboro Street, Roseboro, was charged with Possession of Methamphetamine and Possession of Drug Paraphernalia. Phillips bond was set at $35,000.
Ginger Baggett, 38, Bradshaw Road, Clinton, was charged with Possession of Methamphetamine and Possession of Drug Paraphernalia. Baggett’s bond was set at $35,500.
Roy Williams, 22, Pete Quinn Road, Warsaw, was charged with Selling Marijuana, Delivering Marijuana and PWISD Marijuana. Williams’ bond was set at $20,000.
Malcom Lee Henry, 23, HB Lewis Road, Clinton, was charged with 2 counts of Selling Cocaine, 2 counts of Delivering Cocaine and 2 counts of PWISD Cocaine. Henry’s bond was set at $75,000.00.
Miguel Angel Lopez, Jr., 19, Mency Court, Mt. Olive, was charged with charged with 2 counts of Selling Marijuana, 2 counts of Delivering Marijuana, 2 counts of PWISD Marijuana, Conspire to Sell Cocaine, and Conspire to Deliver Cocaine. Lopez’s bond was set at $25,000.
Anthony Michael Jones, Jr., 24, West Road, Turkey, was charged with charged with 2 counts of Selling Marijuana, 2 counts of Delivering Marijuana and 2 counts of PWISD Marijuana. Jones’ bond was set at $20,000.
