SELMA – A 39 year-old man was arrested last week on a dozen felony drug-related charges. The Johnston County Sheriff’s Office charged James Thomas Wiggs of the 400 block of Jerry Road, Selma following a three month undercover investigation by narcotics officers.
Wiggs is accused of selling and distributing methamphetamine in the Selma area. During his arrest on October 28th, agents said they seized methamphetamine, marijuana and drug paraphernalia.
The dozen charges include possession with intent to manufacture sell or deliver a controlled substance and conspiracy to sell or deliver a controlled substance. Wiggs was held on a $100,000 bond at the Johnston County Jail.
